Seller identity and purchase details

JEMSTONE LLC operates this service under the JEMSTONE brand. Each product offer and hosted checkout identify the seller, product, price, delivery estimate, customer-support contact, and applicable policies before payment. If checkout is temporarily unavailable, you may continue to create and save a card, but no purchase can be completed.

Adult account and authority

You must be at least 18 years old to save or order a card. You represent that you are authorized to use the participant information, photo, team or group identity, and logo you select. The service is available to a parent, guardian, authorized representative, or adult participant. Team or group projects require confirmed authority for each participant.

Studio previews and saved projects

The studio creates an interactive digital preview. Saving creates a private draft and preserved design revision in your account. You may reopen it, save a new version, or delete it through Saved Cards. If it is connected to an individual order, you may remove the editable card while the approved proof and required order history remain in Orders. A group-order submission remains linked to its protected group-order record and cannot be deleted through Saved Cards. A saved preview is not the final print-ready file; JEMSTONE completes production preparation and final checks before printing.

Group orders and organizer review

An adult organizer may create a group order for a team, league, school, or organization only when authorized to use its identity and manage the participant roster. The organizer may create cards directly or issue a private, participant-specific invitation to a parent, guardian, adult participant, or authorized representative. Invitation links may expire, be revoked, or be replaced and must not be shared beyond the intended adult.

By claiming an invitation and submitting a card, the assigned adult confirms their authority and permits the group-order organizer to view the submitted front and back proof, requested quantity, and exact saved version for review. The organizer may approve the card, request changes with a note, exclude it, or include the approved version in a combined pricing and production review. Other invited participants do not receive access to the roster or other cards.

A target submission date is planning guidance unless a separate written offer expressly says otherwise. Submission, organizer approval, version locking, or a pricing request does not place an order or authorize payment. Final product details, quantities, price, tax, shipping, policies, and payment authorization must still be reviewed through the applicable order process.

Acceptable content

Do not upload content that is unlawful, unsafe, deceptive, or that infringes privacy, publicity, copyright, trademark, or contractual rights. Do not include private schedules, nonpublic locations, contact details, social accounts, fabricated achievements, or unauthorized sponsor marks. JEMSTONE may restrict or remove content when rights or safety are unclear.

Exact design and product acceptance

You must review and approve both sides of the saved design before ordering. For a group order, the organizer must also confirm the included participants, approved version of each card, and requested quantities. Before checkout, the purchaser must review the selected product, price before tax, delivery estimate, and customer policies. The approved design and product details are preserved with the order. We complete final production checks before printing.

Price, tax, shipping, and payment

Checkout shows the merchandise price, shipping charge, applicable tax, and total before you authorize payment. Payment is collected through a hosted payment provider. An order is not paid until JEMSTONE receives verified payment confirmation from that provider. A saved card, locked design, or abandoned checkout is not a purchase.

Delivery

The selected product displays an estimated range in business days based on the production and shipping path. It is an estimate, not a guaranteed arrival date. We will provide status updates and available tracking information and will communicate a material delay or order exception through the adult account and transactional email.

Cancellation, damage, replacement, and reprints

Personalized products may have limited cancellation or return rights after production begins. Before payment, you must accept the exact cancellation, damaged-order reporting window, replacement, and reprint terms shown with the product offer. Those preserved terms control the order. A replacement or reprint creates a separate production record and does not overwrite the original order history.

Manufacturing designation

Product offers display “Made in the USA” only when JEMSTONE has documented the applicable supplier, materials, and production path.

Production and fulfillment

JEMSTONE may provide the approved design references and necessary delivery information to qualified production and fulfillment providers. We may pause sales, change suppliers for future offers, or hold an order for review when product quality, rights, payment, address, or safety information is incomplete. The supplier and production information linked to a paid order remains part of its production record.

Private order updates

Order emails use an opaque reference and general status and direct you to sign in for details. They do not contain participant content, street addresses, or payment details. Keep account access and order links private and contact support if you believe someone else has access.

Service and terms changes

JEMSTONE may change the service and may update these terms as our products and services evolve. Updated terms apply prospectively when presented, while the product and policy revision expressly accepted for a paid order is preserved with that order.
